Mint Hill FC is the manifestation of a dream. A dream of brothers Dylan, Caleb, and Michael Ritch to bring high level soccer to their native town of Mint Hill. Together with our soccer enthusiast friends, we have created a competitive and accessible club that provides Mint Hill players with the opportunity to take their game to the next level. As the mastermind behind Mint Hill FC, Dylan stays busy coming up with the next big idea. He plans the team schedule, connects with the community, and steps up as a coach and player.

Caleb's focus is on coaching the first team squad. His energy and wisdom helps players reach their full potential. He also contributes to the daily operations of the club.
